Become a part of the Staff at OVY Camp 2026!

This is not just another summer job - becoming a Staff member at OVY Camp is an opportunity to make a lasting and positive impact on children. You will be a part of a small, team-oriented staff that is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with the campers, leading fun and exciting activities, and creating an inclusive atmosphere. OVY Camp Staff are agents of change. Staff aim to teach the skills the campers need to be able to thrive when they return home to their communities.

OVY Camp Staff are the primary caregivers for the campers, ages 9-14. Staff are responsible for planning, teaching, coordinating, and carrying out daily camp activities like hiking, arts and crafts, swimming, cooking, games, and archery. Staff are also responsible for guiding campers in their personal growth and facilitating the development of daily living skills. Some Staff will also be supervising and evaluating volunteer helpers each week (CITs).
